The Buffalo Law Review is actively accepting submissions for our 2021-2022 year. We welcome submissions on all topics and from all scholars. If you are an untenured scholar or are from a traditionally underrepresented group (e.g., BIPOC, gender, LGBTQIA+) --or both!-- our goal is to publish at least one piece per issue to promote scholarship by these groups.
