The Colorado Environmental Law Journal is currently accepting submissions for our upcoming issue. We welcome articles, essays, and case notes from legal scholars, practitioners, policymakers, and students that explore contemporary issues in environmental law and policy.
Submission Guidelines:
Submissions should be original, unpublished works.
Topics may include (but are not limited to) climate change law, natural resource management, energy regulation, environmental justice, land use, water law, and conservation policy.
Articles should range from 8,000 to 15,000 words, while essays and case notes may be shorter.
Citations should conform to The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation.
How to Submit: Please submit your manuscript in Word format along with an abstract and a brief author biography and resume/CV. Submissions will be reviewed on a rolling basis, and early submissions are encouraged.
