The St. Mary’s Journal on Legal Malpractice and Ethics is now accepting submissions for Issue 2 of Volume 14, which is set to be published in late Spring. Authors whose articles are accepted will be invited to speak at the 23rd Annual Symposium on Legal Malpractice and Ethics, which will be held in San Antonio, Texas in early 2024 (expenses paid). The deadline for submissions is December 15, 2023.
The Journal is particularly interested in publishing articles related to legal malpractice law, legal ethics, judicial ethics, lawyer liability, disqualification, and professional discipline.
Authors should send a CV and article, or abstract, to Alyssa Boggs, Legal Malpractice & Ethics Editor in Chief, at jlegalmalethics@stmarytx.edu, or can submit them for consideration through Scholastica.
