The Florida Journal of International Law is seeking submissions for its spring symposium issue that address issues related to international privacy law. Articles must focus on privacy law that is international in nature, and the Journal is especially interested in data privacy, human rights, and recent bilateral attempts to formalize international privacy standards. Submissions may not exceed 20 pages in length for this special issue. We expect to host our symposium at the end of February, 2024. Limited funding is available to reimburse authors to travel to speak at our symposium. Author attendance at the event is not required, but the Journal is especially interested in authors who are able to do so.

Articles should be submitted through Scholastica or by email at fjil@law.ufl.edu.
