The Mitchell Hamline Law Journal of Public Policy & Practice is having an open call for submissions on a rolling basis for our Fall 2022 and Spring 2023 publications. The Journal publishes traditional law review-style articles with the intention of providing timely legal and policy updates to interested readers. We welcome all perspectives and all authors, as long as the piece is focused on, or includes a legal public policy. There is no word, page, or footnote count restrictions. However, footnotes must be in Bluebook format. We welcome any and all submissions and look forward to reading your work! Please note that we only accept exclusive articles that have not and will not be published elsewhere.
To submit an article, please email a copy of the manuscript and your resume to jlawprac@mitchellhamline.edu or through Scholastica.
