The Michigan Journal of Gender & Law is currently accepting submissions for our 29.2 issue. Submissions will be accepted on a rolling basis until April 2022.
The central mission of the Michigan Journal of Gender & Law is to create an intersectional feminist legal publication that expands and develops legal discourse beyond traditional boundaries. The Journal, seeks to compare, contrast, and combine theoretical and practical perspectives on gender issues in order to provide a bridge between theory and practice. We highly encourage marginalized and underrepresented perspectives that challenge traditional hegemonic models in legal scholarship.
