The Mitchell Hamline Law Journal of Public Policy & Practice is having an open call for submissions on a rolling basis for our Fall 2020 and Spring 2021 publications. The Mitchell Hamline Law Journal of Public Policy & Practice is a student-run and student-edited journal based out of Saint Paul, Minnesota.
Our goal is to publish original articles on a variety of legal policy issues. We are looking for the highest quality of legal publication available on topics relating to legal practice, legal issues faced by the public, and legal policy solutions. We welcome all perspectives and all authors, as long as the piece is focused on, or includes a legal public policy.
There is no word, page, or footnote count restriction. However, footnotes are encouraged to be in Bluebook format. We welcome any and all submissions and look forward to reading your work!
